ADP Support Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ADP Support Manager based within the Substance Misuse Service for the Aberdeen City Health & SocialCare Partnership.  

This is an interesting and diverse service and the successful candidate will provide a varied support role to the SMSOperational & Planning Manager/ADP Team Lead.  

The post will work closely with colleagues involved in the transformation of health and social care and colleagues in the City’s Community Planning Partnership using quality improvement methods. This work will focus on supporting the implementation and action plan for the ADPStrategy and operational tasks including project management, staff management, budgets, health & safety, information analysis and reporting and project work to support the ADP.

Candidates should be educated to degree level or have equivalent experience. Management experience of staff would be essential.  Excellent communication skills, minute taking and health &safety knowledge and experience are all essential for this post. Use of NHS systems including Datix, SSTS, Boxi and Trakcare would also be desirable but not essential as training will be provided. Proven experience of organising/planning workload, self-motivation in the production and delivery of reports and ability to take own initiative and prioritising tasks are required for this post.
